All Clan Rúnda products are handcrafted using natural materials such as wood, leather, and other organic components. Because of the nature of these materials, variations in color, grain, texture, and features such as wood knots are to be expected. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Every item is made with care and inspected prior to shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Limited Exceptions

A return or refund will only be considered if the item received was grossly misrepresented in the product description or imagery. If you believe this applies to your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographs and a detailed explanation so we may review the situation.
