Clan Rúnda takes great care in preparing and shipping each order. The following information outlines our shipping practices and what you can expect when placing an order with us.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped based on weight using UPS or FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. If you have an order that is larger and will need freight and crate building, we will communicate those details and charges with you via email.
Order Processing Time
Some of our items are in stock and typically ship within three (3) business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Many items are made to order or require additional preparation time. If your order will take longer to complete, it will be stated on the website, or we will notify you by email with an estimated completion and shipping timeframe.
Shipping Responsibility (FOB)
All shipments are sent Free on Board (FOB) from our location. Ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the buyer once the package is handed over to the carrier. Clan Rúnda is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. If you would like to add insurance, please contact us prior to shipment and we will include it in your total.
If an issue occurs during shipping, claims must be filed directly with the carrier (UPS or FedEx). We are happy to assist by providing tracking details or documentation needed to support your claim.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional fees, duties, taxes, or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information and contact us before ordering to confirm shipping options to your country.
