Every piece we create—whether showcased here, displayed in a gallery, or sold in person at an event or at our farmstead—is handcrafted with pride by our family right here in North Carolina. Each item is made one at a time, often to your specific order, using carefully chosen wood, leather, and other high-quality organic materials.

Your piece of art is truly unique. Natural variations in wood grain, knots, carve marks, and brush strokes ensure that no two creations are ever exactly alike. We embrace the individuality of every piece, crafting them with care and attention to detail. Rest assured, there is no mass production here—just one-of-a-kind artistry, made for you from our heart.

Shipping Methods:

We ship all orders based on weight using UPS or FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
 

FOB Shipping:

All shipments are made Free on Board (FOB) from our location. This means ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once it leaves our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. Contact us if you wish to add insurance and we will add it to your total. If an issue arises, please contact UPS or FedEx directly to file a claim.
 

Processing Time:

Many of our items are in stock and if so, usually shipped within 3 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Some orders take a bit longer to complete and you will be notified via email of estimated completion and shipping times.
 

International Shipping:

If you are located outside of the United States, additional fees, duties, or customs may apply. Please ask us about shipping to your country and check with your local customs office for more information.

All of our products are handmade using natural materials such as wood, leather, and other organic components. Due to the inherent nature of these materials, variations in color, texture, and features like wood knots are normal and part of the uniqueness of each item. These natural characteristics are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.

No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for our items. Each piece is crafted with care and inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

Exceptions: We will only consider a return or refund if the item you received was grossly misrepresented in the product description or imagery. If you believe this is the case, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with supporting evidence such as photographs and detailed information.
